Joshua Sureck assists clients with Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. His practice primarily involves:

Representing injured workers: advising on medical treatment, potential wage benefits, permanent impairment ratings, litigation of certain issues within a claim, and settlement of claims with employer/insurer.
Representing personal injury clients: investigation of accident and ascertaining fault, resolving property damage with responsible party, advising on medical treatment and referrals, discovery and litigation of claims, and settlement of claims.

Joshua received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. While in law school he interned at the State Court of Fulton County for the Honorable Judge Bessen, and at the Atlanta office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to attending law school, Joshua graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Economics.
